We found this company very unprofessional. I had appointments in a row for a system repair where they simply did not show up. They didn't call before or after to explain and the customer service rep Steve could only come up with a?

I am having bad luck with pool contractors. Compnay that built my pool was terrible and the service I got from Arrow was also poor. The guys come for minimal time and do almost nothing. You call and complain and they promise better service then same thing tow weeks later. D- at best.
