This company keeps calling my mobile phone doing telemarketing. I thought that was illegal! If they want a phone number from you, give them a false one so they can't call you after the ride.

I flagged Arrow Cab #911 this morning at approximately 8:30 a.m. heading west from East 25th and North Calvert Streets to Coppin State University. The driver made a 'u-turn' right in front of a pick-up truck heading east in order to turn around, stating that a driver could only get away with that in a cab.
We are heading west towards Coppin, when, at the corner of West 29th and Sisson Streets, someone from the Burger King starts yelling for a cab. The driver turns around and asks me if I am in a hurry. I replied that I was, and that I was on my way to class. He ignored me, and took the additional fares, of which I never agreed to, and dropped them off at Mondawmin Mall. The passengers paid the full fare on the meter. I asked to be dropped off at the corner of Warwick and Gwynns Falls, right after he asked me about the new gym that Coppin is building. When he let me off at the corner, he charged me full fare, with no deduction, or consideration for the fact that I never granted permission to take the additional fare to begin with.
I hope his need to get his 'hustle on' was worth it, because I will NEVER use this cab service again. I an furious, I feel taken advantage of, and I do not believe he would have done this were I a man.
I want a total refund of my fare of $10.00. In addition to being inconvienenced, I was late for class! What was the point in my getting a cab thirty minutes early in the first place, only to be made late for school anyway!
Driver claimed that he "forgot" to turn on the meter because he was listening to a football game. Overcharged for what was supposed to be a $15 ride. When I called the company, one lady hung up on me and another tried to apologize, but still found some ludicrous justification for my having to pay extra. Horrid company that should not be in business!
Ever since the new owners took over this cab company they are more responsive to the customers needs. I have used this cab company many times while I have traveled into Baltimore City for business. I would highly recomend this company and the drivers I have used.
Worst Service ever; CANNOT believe I used YP to find such a bad cab. Awful! Called them 4.5 hours early for a 10 PM pick up. They showed up 32 minutes late and claim that they can never guarantee a time! Not only were they rude when I called 3 times, but were rude when they said the cab was there and I corrected them that it had not yet arrived. I will NEVER use them again.
