What kind of company does not answer it's phones?!? it's 4pm on a Saturday and no one is in the office or the call center? Now i'm worring about what kind of service I will be getting.

This Company is terrible, they came to check my hot water heater and he put his hand on it and said it was working fine. then he wanted $55. I refused because he did not even bring tools, if you want ripped off call these clowns!
