Bobcat did an awesome job getting some pretty bad pet stains out of our carpet. He took his time making sure the job was done correctly. The price was reasonable since i was expecting to pay a lot more considering how bad our carpet was. I will definitely do business with them again and am going to refer all my family and friends.

When so many home care services give you a window where you have to sit around drumming your fingers wondering when they will arrive, the crew from Bobcat arrived on the dot. That means a lot when you have a packed schedule. The 2-man crew was efficient, friendly, and thorough. No doubt I will call them again.

We had carpet spots which our local carpet cleaner couldn't budge. We were recommended to Bobcat by a carpet store. Bobcat is now my "go to" because they: 1) were on time 2) knew how to clean sisal carpet ... which requires special knowledge 3) were reasonable 4) AND most importantly ... la jefe de la casa was HAPPY !!

This is the second time I've used Bobcat to clean my carpets. Their cost per square foot is slightly higher than other, larger companies however, both times they came to my condo I was charged a single price regardless how dirty my carpets were.
