I recently went into the Rucker Blvd Branch to use coin machine. My son used the machine who is a student. the total came out less than what we counted before going to bank. I contacted the Branch and was told by the branch manager."these machines aren't accurate". THIS CONSTITUES STEALING! PEOPLE EXPECT TO PUT MONEY IN AND GET AN ACCURATE AMOUNT BACK. How can AACFCU justify the use of these machines? My son who is a student saves his coins and expects to recieve back waht goes in. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I GUESS I WILL HAVE TO GO AROUND AND TELL EVERYBODY i KNOW THE AACFCU STEALS MONEY FROM LITTLE KIDS. THESE MACHINES NEED TO BE REMOVED OR A BIG SIGN WHICH STATES THE MACHINE WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU LESS THAN YOU PUT IN. AACFCU REPLY WAS UNACCEPTABLE!
