I Booked a load with Jeremy out of the Idaho office. He changed the shipper location on us at the last minute. We sat ...at the new shipper for 10hrs waiting to get loaded. He promised us $200.00 Detention. I kept asking for the detention during the load and he kept assuring me that we would get it. Once we delivered the load, he would not return my calls or emails. I have been in weekly contact with armstrong since posting the original complaint. Armstrong appears to be working it out. I was also incorrect in the amount that they owe me, it was only $7578.75.
