The customer service at this vet's office is amazing. The staff is always extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I drop my pets off on my way to work and pick them up on my way home for free, so they're super convenient. I also love that I am never surprised by my bill, they give me estimates for everything as they go so I'm not taken off guard.
The negative attitude of the receptionist, and the way the staff treat each other was embarrassing to witness. I was made to feel very uncomforitable. The glimpse I got of the behind the scenes work areas was dirty and falling apart, even though the reception area was rather well appointed.
