We used this company in June of 2015 on a rehab house for $500. In late Sept we received a notice that they had put a lien on the property 1 week before closing for over $1,100. ARK never called, never sent a bill to where we instructed, never sent a letter, never emailed. On top of that they did a very poor job. Go elsewhere to a professional company.
ARK is Awesome! I just had Ark refinish bathroom number 2 and they've absolutely knocked it out of the park. Jim, the manager was very polite and handled my questions kindly and patiently. 5-Stars!
