Area Rug Gallery had the best prices and product knowledge of all the stores I've shopped. I bought a 9 x 12 Tropical designed area rug, and ordered a matching, 8� round. I received the ordered rug within ten days. I was so pleased with the service that I was given by the staff at Area Rug Gallery that I felt compelled to immediately write this review.Thank YouA very pleased customer

I have had fantastic customer service with this rug store. I had ordered a rug that had been custom designed by myself and the rug gallery staff. It took several weeks for the rug to be made but the look and feel of the rug was worth the wait. I recently purchased another rug that was in stock, I could not have been happier with the service and the product.

Terrible Customer service and overpriced merchandise

I bought an 8 by 11 rug and a runner. It took almost 3 weeks for the large rug and after waiting another 3 weeks for the runner I contacted them. They had not even ordered the runner ! I had to wait an additional 3-5 days as a result. So, it took 1 1/2 months to get two stinking rugs...expensive rugs at that. If I didn't want the runner after waiting 1 1/2 months and instead wanted my money back, they would charge me a %25 re-storage fee ! What nonsense ! Don't bother with this place. Go to Target or buy it on line and save yourself some money and a headadche.
