Woke up with dripping bump on bathroom ceiling this morning. There was a plumber here in less than 2 hours. He stayed till he found the leak and fixed it, going above and beyond (and under) to find the problem. And he cleaned up after himself, taking the soggy drywall with him. Have always loved Arctic chain, would absolutely recommend to anyone.

This morning I woke up to a very cold house and after checking the furnace realized it was not on! I called the landlord, who called ACP&H and within a few minutes Dawson showed up to save the day. Not only is that young man polite and competent but he is fast, and tidy. He explained in detail what was wrong, how he fixed it and why it happened. I am impressed and would recommend this small...

Very happy. Woke up this morning with no heat. That's not okay in January! Called around, other places had long waits or wanted to charge excessive "emergency hours" prices for service in the middle of the day on Saturday. Called them for a hot water problem-pilot light not lighting. Technician,Brandon came in 20 minutes. Identified the issue and quickly resolved it. Before Arctic Chain came, we were advised by a different repair company to replace our 6 years old water heater. We were saved by Arctic Chain. We will definitely call them again.
