Omg so for this review I have to say this is mostly based on working there a week ... I have managed many restaurants and the managers here r rude and don't seem to know how to be nice for five...

Myself and my family had a horrible experience here tonight they done about 7 different wrong things...Terrible....We will not be back for a Very long time if ever!! We love Arbys and get way better food and service at other locations than at the Strawberry Plains pike location

Not once have I ever experienced anything wrong with my order or the way I've been treated.
Everyone has been so nice when my fiancé and I stops in and eats.
The lobby is always cleaned which is a huge + for me.
A clean restaurant means clean food.
Keep up the awesome work.
