I have lived here going on 3 years and every year I have regretted staying. This year you had to start paying to park. I am the only person driving in my home so I only use one parking space but I have to pay $7 per month. A single parking spot shouldn't be considered an add on. The amount I pay for water per month is insane. It is the same per month that my parents pay for a house...

DO NOT STAY HERE. There is hidden fees everywhere. Rent is way overpriced and then they hit you with random fees. I was told one price when I signed then the fees started to roll in. I can't wait to get out of my lease
