We just moved in last month and have been happy so far. The staff has been friendly in the front office. The interior of the apartments are a little dated (popcorn ceilings) and showing wear. New counter tops were installed in the kitchen and bathroom. Rent is comparable to other properties of similar age and upkeep. My unit has a fireplace. Can wait to see how well it works this winter!

When I toured the unit I was moving in, I wasn't floored by it, but it seemed a moderate deal, especially given the $99 deposit. The unit appeared dirty and that it needed a bit of work, but I was told that it was still being prepared, and that it would be ready by my move-in date.
