It's a quiet and homie complex but they're not very good at keeping you informed of things for example. My first months rent after my initial deposit and what not, was messed up by their bank and my bank didn't have any issues yet I was blamed and scolded my the office clerk after having gone to pay the next months rent. I lived here for 3 years. I had a 30 day move out notice on my contract. I gave 30 days notice and moved out. After repeated attempts to collect my deposit, they notified me that they would not be giving me back my deposit because I only gave them a 30 day notice. Has mice, roaches, doesn't fix anything, this is not a joke. We actually live here. We pay over 500 dollars a month and don't have a light in the bedroom. Living room light doesn't have a switch to turn on; Have to pull cord on ceiling fan. It's miserable.

I have lived here for almost a year. I really enjoy my apartment and i am very happy with my decision to live here. The parking is great. The noise is very little except for the every once in a while distant train. The grounds are excelent and well kept up. The apartments are old but are nice and have huge rooms. This apartment complex was nice, but the management is horrible. Be Very Careful!! The manager will tell you one thing but do another and screw you badly in the meanwhile. I will NOT recommend this apartment complex to ANYONE.
