Update on previous post

This is the update that I promised in the previous post. I took the vacuum to another shop to have it looked at and they found that NO PARTS WERE REPLACED, the rebuild I was charged for DID NOT HAPPEN. When I called Arbor Vacuum for a copy of the invoice stating what work was done, an invoice they did not give me when I picked up the vacuum, they immediately reversed the charges on my debit...
