I have lived at Arbor Oaks a.k.a. used to be the sanctuary for almost 8 years December 13 will be my eighth year year. I have seen property managers and staff come and go I have seen changes and then no changes and now huge changes to this property. Perfect place to live in. Nice, quite, well organized. Professional assistance in the office and maintenance. Nice swimming pool and gym. Everything excellent.
We highly recommend Arbor Oaks Apartments Community.

I have lived here for a year now. It's been fabulous. The mgmt team of Jen, Darah, Clelib, and Frank are some of the most professional and friendly people I have ever come across. The Maintenance team of Tony, Joey, and Laz are t he hardest working guys I know. If there's an issue they take care of it. They're different then other places I've lived in one simple but powerful aspect....They care...

It was pretty horrible. Granted SOME things have gotten a little better since new management, but not much. I should have known when the apartment was filthy on move in day. The shower was covered in black mold which took them almost 3 weeks to even address, but even then all they did was put new caulking over it. 5 different tile styles and colors in the shower. I lived here for 3 years. Like the other residents mentioned, the gates were always open. Also they did abesolurely no maintenance while I was there. When you file a work order, it just goes unnoticed and filed under their million other work orders. Needless to say my apartment was not well maintained as they did not follow through on majority of my complaints. Tub was leaking for three years....
