i am not quite sure how to put this. I make a phone call and ask them what their email is so i can send them the image i need printed and the lady over the phone hesitated, as if that normally doesn't happen. when she gives me the email address i ask her what she wants me to do from now on, if i should include instructions on the email or....and she says that
