I used to like this restaurant. The location is fabulous. Right on the water inside of the Westin Hotel. One would expect to get exceptional service here but lately the service has been terrible. It seems like someone is cutting corners because they are always out of everything. We ordered 4 different things at the bar that they did not have but they used to have all the time.

The food was average, the price was extremely high. Service and atmosphere we nice.
I went here right after they opened in 2009 and I will never return. The food isn't great, especially not for the prices. You can get better seafood across the street.
I have been to very many restaurants in the Tampa area, and I was not impressed with this one. Great location, pretty nice ambiance makes for a nice evening out, as long as you are not paying the bill.
I had the black bean grouper - very small portion. You'll get a bigger piece of grouper at Frenchy's, and not pan seared. Blue point oysters were $52 for 2 dozen - what?
Wine list was very nice, and the wait staff was very accommodating. For the money, I would have preferred to dine somewhere else (I was there for a family birthday).
