I'd been a customer for 2+ years for my water softner salt purchases with no complaints; however, have become extremely disapointed with AF over the past several weeks. Contacted them the1st week of Jan. to inquire about having my water softner moved. 3 weeks later, still no call, so called them back. While the gal up front was very nice and apologetic, she also said someone would contact me...

Customer for years Dex Knows

Customer Service very lacking Dex Knows

Phone calls are rarely returned. Requested service call, but they haven't responded. Hire a plumber and purchase the parts online would be my best guess instead of wasting time and money with this poor...

Service just fine Dex Knows

They installed a system in our new house. Worked just fine. Could have used a little more maintenance training. When we had a problem, they came out and fixed it. No complaints!

WORST COMPANY Dex Knows

Horrible service, system did not do what they stated it would do and the wanted to add on more equipment and money to make i work. they did noe get building permit or put it in to code. Would not return phone calls and would not give us our money back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!
