Aqua Ohio is the worst water company I have ever had. Their water stinks and it's definitely overpriced. Since I moved to Concord my water bills have doubled with Aqua Ohio.

It's just way too bad that monopoly's can take over still in this day and age! This is the ultimate worse utilitly I have ever dealt with! If you drop off a payment in Mentor on a Sunday, they still don't have it showing up on your account…
