Never have I ever dealt with such disgusting water in my life (and I have lived / traveled to many places in the USA and worldwide). Not only are there continuous major problems with the water (usually it's brown, contaminated, or both), but the water in 'good' condition is loaded with particles that even a filter doesn't completely get rid of. Sorry folks,I am an Aqua customer in NC also.The only way we can effect a change in this problem with Aqua is to eliminate the crooks in the NC Utilities Commission! They work hand in hand,believe me when I tell you.Complaining TO Aqua ABOUT Aqua is like talking to a ""Mom"" about her ""baby boy"" ! and asking her to spank him ! This is the WORST experience I have ever had with a water company. Do NOT move to a place where you are forced to use this company!! I have brown water half the time. I also have black residue that is sort of grimy. The last time I called to complain, they told me I should have called before the end of the day. It was 3:00 when I called. Their water is also very expensive and you do NOT get what you pay for. I am afraid of this water and therefore have had to cancel plans for visitors coming due to water quality.
