Well... we've paid our large deposit in Feb. 2016 for a pool and since doing so have had to chase this company down to even get something scheduled for an install. After MANY, MANY attempts to speak with the owner, Ryan, we just keep having to leave messages and no return calls. I'm hoping that he will read this review and might prompt him to return customer's calls. We are not quite sure how a company can stay in business this way. We will probably have to fight to get our deposit back and go to another company that you can count on to get something done or even get a return call. I couldn't give a "0" rating but that's how we feel right now! Can't rate service past getting no service at all!! He's passed our project to the installer and neither he nor the installer will call back!! Quite serious problem and causes much distrust as to working with them!
