Horrible service-they are more than willing and encourage you to sign up for automatic deliver of supplies every 3 months and "medicare" will pay it-but when you deny that automatic service (because no one needs all new supplies at 1200.00+ per delivery) and try to get just the hose or the water chamber replaced, you have to keep calling, and hopefully at some point receive it (or not)!!!

We continued to have problems but they did their best to rectify issues...the new African American assistant at the front resk is excellent at customer service, she GETS IT! Thank you :D
