The owner, Jim, was over 2 HOURS LATE, for starters. He stayed less the 10 minutes. He told me to look for the washing machines' manual, while he tried to figured out what was wrong with the machine. He did not know what was wrong but said his service charge of $69.95, which he insisted I paid before he left (I did). I am writing BBB after this.
