We had them work on our air conditioner two years ago and began to experience problems again a few months ago. When we had it fixed again (by different company) recently, we found that two years ago, when replacing the capacitor, The Appliance Doctor simply left the old one bolted in, hooked the new one up via (unprotected) wires and actually set the new one in beside the old one, leaving it... more

We had very good luck with this Appliance Doctor. They fixed my air-conditioner when i was in a crunch, and they made me feel i was their number one priority. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
