Price is exorbitantly high. I was charged for $ dollar for just 1 min service of replacing hot surface ignitor of my heater. The cost of part is only $40 (I checked Home Depot online). Chris the technician is nice and he did sand the?

Price is exorbitantly high. I was charged for $340 dollar for just 1 min service of replacing hot surface ignitor of my heater. The cost of part is only $40 (I checked Home Depot online). Chris the technician is nice and he did sand the rectifier eventhough it is not part of the service. However he arrived late and with this premium price there should have been price concession. Overall, I will not recommend this to anyone. I feel they are taking advantage of homeowners that don't know little details yet simple.
