the only thing that redeemed this situation was the manager brought a salad at the end of all our frustrations. you will not believe this. it was mildly busy we were seated pretty quickly my mother ordered a drink from the bar (it took 30 minutes) the server was un-attentive and slow. We were regular visitors to this Applebee’s restaurant (at least 2-4 times per month). Unfortunately, after this third and final incident, we will not return to this or any other Applebee’s. This is because Applebee’s service has deteriorated beyond acceptability.
