I went there to buy a couple of iPods. I am still wondering if the seller did it on purpose or not -- I was distracted, and sounded too much like an outsider. He quietly added a $39 AppleCare Protection Plan I did not ask for. Fortunately, he promptly refunded the money as I came back and just asked what it was about. I will think twice if there are benefits in buying Apple products from these Apple retail stores instead of other merchants.

This store is very, very busy. To be avoided on weekends unless absolutely necessary. The employees are helpful but are pulled in many directions. Their genius bar is great and the guys are nice but you need to make an appointment online to see them. You can't just walk in with your ipod and get help.

This is a great store, the prices are very reasonable.
The customer service was fantastic. This store has all the best computers, in my opinion they can't be beat.

This is it! Where else can you check out the coolest gadgets & software money can buy? Most of all, it's the awesome computers themselves. The staff are always great. They know their stuff but they won't hover over you while you 'think about it.' If you're a PC user, check it out--you'll be glad you did!
