The staff in this Apple Computer Store, located in the Clarendon Commons in Arlington, are very friendly. They have help me with two computer purchases and also purchases of various other computer items (printers, accessories, software). They are not pushy sales people and always have what I am looking for, in stock. I would recommend this store over their Tysons Corner location.

This is a very good store. The customer service representatives/sales associates were more than helpful. They literally gave me 101 course on any computer that I asked about. I have never entered a computer store receiving so much knowlege about the selection of computers. If you are trying to make a good decision about a computer, please check this location out.

This is THE store for Macs in the area. The people here are really into it. I knew nothing about owning a Mac until I bought one here. They all helped me and were glad to prevent someone from buying a PC. Acually I own one of each, but they don't know that. The repair department will make sure your down time is short.

PROS: Nice people
CONS: Don't ever mention the term PC
