I am very pleased with the level of commitment Matt demonstrated in dealing with a warranty issue which arose with a difficult manufacturer. He worked throughout the summer to make things right. Excellent service!

I'm really surprised that anyone would find anything negative to say about Apollo. Matt, Mike-everyone we've dealt with has been fantastic. They answered every question we had, and showed nothing but patience when I couldn't make up my mind on which hot tub would work best for my family. I think people are used to in-your-face salespeople, and these guys are very laid back and there to help,...

Go somewhere else. I was initially very pleased with this company, though their prices are on the high side. I wanted a new liner installed in my pool. The installers seemed nice and professional. I would like to rate them separately from the company. They arrived while we were out and started tearing out the old liner. They got more than half of the liner out and left a message on the house...

I bought a Nordic Hot Tub from them in August. On December 22nd we had a small problem with it. Called and spoke to Matt, he said he could be out the next day. Came out diagnosed the problem and said he would be back on the 24th to fix it but in the meantime he had got it running so it wouldn't freeze. On christmas eve he was there just like promised and had everything fixed within an hour all...

Went in there looking for a part for my filter that I couldn't find anywhere. A young kid went out back and got a guy who found what I was looking for. I was in and out in a few minutes. The place seemed to be pretty well stocked so I'm not sure what that other commenter was talking about
