We haven't been here for a few years, so a visit was due. We were not disappointed!
Starting with Braised Wild Mushrooms with Parmesan Polenta, we remembered why we like this place. We had Pan Seared Scallops, with truffle butter sauce, green beans and butternut squash garlic mashed potatoes and Pork with squash risotto and roasted brussels sprouts.
Mighty fine!...

The Apollo takes its name and mission seriously, as the floating Astronaut in front of the entrance will testify. The service is fun, if they are not too busy, then it can slip a bit ... as can any restaurant when pressed. The first time we ate there it was the graduation of a local college and the place was...
