Apollo has resolved an issue with my Mother's kitchen sink and even called to apologize for the inconvenience. I sincerely appreciate their willingness to go out of their way to help their customers. I would highly recommend their service! (Edited June 27, 2017)
Unprofessional from the beginning. Inexperienced. Late. Wrong diagnosis on our drain line problem. Then the big problem, the damage they caused while trying to "fix" the line. Denying they caused the damage and charging us for a problem they did not fix but made worse. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.

Employees caught on photo smoking marijuana and arrested for possession of mushrooms as well as eluding! I wouldn't use a company that has such low standards of its workers.
I was very impressed with the young man that came out. He was very knowledgeable about the services that they provided. He educated us on plumbing issues.
I don't think customer service is their strong suit. We hired them to do a job over the summer and the phone representative said they would be here by the end of the day. They never made it that day.
