"Your a@s feels gooooood," says my husband.

I told him to thank Mercy for it. I found Mercy through Yelp and I've been training with her for about 3 months and I can see the difference in the way my body looks, feels, and moves. My legs are leaner and my body is definitely toned!

With 2 pinched nerves in my lower back, strengthening my core was key. I've always been fit, but abdominal work was always difficult (painful). But Mercy has taught me how to connect with my abs (yes... they are there) and strengthen them without the pain. I haven't had ANY back issues for the past 3 months. AMAZING.

I've finally found a system and a fantastic instructor that works for me. You're stuck with me Mercy...for life!
