The only reason it even gets one star is because the technician was reported to have been fired. Customer service is NOT their thing. First off, they certainly do not come out anytime, as the name would imply. They work only during the day and not on weekends. A repairman came out to repair my fridge. The refrigerator section wasn't getting cold any longer. Promptly showed up in the morning. I was impressed. Checked out the frig said the damper was no good and that the part had to be ordered. Put a little cap in the back in the damper to hold it open so the cold would go up and in. ...
