THE WORST HAIR CUT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I took my daughter in for just an bang and hair trim and walked out with her hair completely destroyed. Jake Victore took it upon himself to layer her hair and cut her bangs so short that I have to pull them back. I am so disappointed and shocked. I took her back to have him explain what he was thinking when he was cutting and he quoted, ""I rushed her"". That made matters worse.
