Lighting non existent but otherwise great food and service!
Server was inattentive and food was poor, especially for price. Mussels had sand in them, fish and chips were average at best, and the pasta, Mushroom Tagliatelle, was extremely dry with so little ham it was hard to find.
Food was ok but overpriced. Drinks were really good. Overall was dead there. 90s night a total bust as no one showed up. And the DJ was awful. Played slow songs and non-90s songs. Not shocked it was dead. We left.
Expensive and not worth it. Parking $20 also. Food mediocre. Service good.
We had a large group and everything worked out perfect. The server was excellent, all the appetizers and meals were very good, and the restaurant was very clean. All in all it worked out very well, we will return in the future .

Restaurant
True to the restaurant's name, all meats are flown in daily direct from Kansas city.
There's a garage on North Street and Surface Road, and plenty of metered street spots nearby.
Anthem's owners, The Briar Group, manage multiple properties in Boston, including Parris and Ned Devine's in adjacent Quincy Market, City Bar and City Table in the Back Bay's Lenox Hotel, and The Harp in the West End.
Early evening, expect Anthem's bar to be crammed with the after-work crowd.
