You should definitely hit this place up if you want to check out one of the most dive-iest bars in the bay. It's no Michelin Star bar but the Annex does...

Well I will start off by saying that the night life at the4 bar is getting bad. I will say that I am in the law field and the bar tenders are braking the 2am law which will be bad for us all. The ruff necks think that they can stay and drink past hours, even when they are told to leave. well my boys in blue have an eye on the bar. and I hope Sonny will read this.
