OMG!!!! Waiting in line forever!!!! Clearly they do not have enough personnel here. The dressing rooms are overflown with clothes that needs to be put away and they have one cashier with 4 people...

I love Loft clothes; well cut, good fabrics, classic styles. They have terrific petite options. This store is always clean and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.
