my dog loves this place
I just got back from my longest trip away from my dog, Neville, a 160 lb. bullmastiff. He loves Animal Inns. I love that there is no dog to dog interaction( some people like that kind of thing, but I like to know the animals my dog is with) but lots of people interaction. He is so eager to get in the door when we get there and is so totally exhausted when we return. It makes traveling so much easier when I didn't have to impose on friends or worry about his safety. I have canceled trips when I can't get Neville a reservation here, they are that good.
Received over $2250 and Wanted to KILL my Pet!
This place is all about the $ and they couldn't care less about your animal. In fact, the SECOND you can't "pay up" for kenneling, they will send you a letter telling you they will KILL your beloved pet IN TWENTY DAYS if you can't pay up. This is my experience. Due to a problem with housing I boarded my pet there. Thus far I have paid them $2,271.25. YES, I HAVE PAID OVER TWO T-H-O-U-S-A-N-D TWO HUNDRED AND SEVENTY DOLLARS TO THEM.
I have been ill and out of work so they are now owed and additional $350. They received $350 ON APRIL 1ST. On April SECOND I received a letter stating:
"Äccoring to Section 1834.5 and 1834.6 of the California Civil Code any animal not picked up within the required time shall be deemed abondoned by the owner and will be disposed of.
If (name of cat) are not picked up by April 20, 2009 the above action will be taken.
This in no way absolve you of charges incurred."

Furthermore, no actual time period was quoted as the "required time" and the letter was sent to the WRONG APARTMENT NUMBER! despite the fact that they DO have my correct address.
AND NO ACTUAL AMOUNT OWED WAS QUOTED IN THE LETTER.
In short, they intend to KILL my sweet, trusting precious pet AFTER obtaining OVER TWO THOUSAND
DOLLARS FROM ME! And WHY? Over $350. And ONE DAY AFTER RECEIVING $350 from me!
Please do NOT send your precious pet to this place where they will not REALLY care.

Last time I had to travel, I took Bosco to this pet hotel.. Great place. I was given a tour before booking his stay and treated wonderfully by the staff. Bosco was very well taken care of while I was out of town.

We boarded our beloved Beluga while we were sight seeing in the area. The staff was nice and seemed caring. He's a fussy eater, so they made sure he ate. No worse for the wear when we picked him up. Would use their services again.
