My loving pet, best friend and partner of 12.7 years was aging right before my eyes and yet I was clearly in denial as I refused to accept. I was selfish and did not want to let go. Einstein was a Therapy Dog and we met Dr. Hopkinson 2 years ago for an examine. You could feel her compassion instantly and so could he. Einstein didn't act as though he had disabilites and I didn't treat him as such. The doctor understood my concerns and didn't try to nickle and dime me. She explained in detail any and all questions honestly. And, she was right... because it was evident as he deteriated the symtoms she described. It took me two times to make the final decision to let go. It was hard and I was never made to feel guilty for postponing the first time.
Einstein and I were scheduled to be last and given time to spend with each other before I said my final words and good-bye to him. The room was thoughtfully prepared and everyone we encountered that evening was kind. Each phase I was asked, "Are you ready?" explaining to me what I would see. I watched the life leave the eyes of my little baby boy as I securely held him in my arms. I miss him painfully everyday, wishing he was here...but he is gone. He crossed over the Rainbow Bridge on 1/2/20. I received the condolence card signed by all, and I am ever so grateful my desire for only Dr. Hopkinson to put him to rest was granted. She did not disappoint me in the manner she took him to his end. Thank you.
Have had excellent service. My wife used to be a vet tech and did wild life rehab so she's really picky about vets and she really likes them here. Dr. Hopkinson is great! Very thorough exams, genuinely cares and takes the time to explain all the details and has many helpful suggestions.
Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Dr.Jana Parson was very eager to answer all our questions since it has been a long time being the owners of a puppy. We are thankful for the tips and advice given to us about walking,riding in cars and obedience training.
