Used Andy's a few times and never had a problem. I called at 834 this morning and was told there were 2 people ahead of me. I call at 1130 and told they will call me when they are headed out....

Andy's stands by their quality work with fast support. When I notified them of a problem with a unit under guarantee, they got it fixed before I even got back from town! Great service, great people - and be sure to ask Glen about his cousin, the business' namesake!

Called on a Sunday, Cloged drain. Within an hour they had my house up and runing. Called on a Saterday, Blew a water heater. Within an hour and a half we had hot water runing. Even if I had to wait for them I'd wait. Trust them with any plumbing problems.

Be sure to get everything in writing before the job begins...detailed proposal, contract or written agreement and detailed invoice spelling out everything completed. They are slow to return to fix THEIR mistakes (even if this leaves you without water) and conveniently "forget" everything that was to be done [I didn't get a written proposal or agreement :( I know.. do as I say not as I did ],...
