On the positive side, Kenny is always smiling and they have never messed up an order of mine and I have been going there regularly for years. I prefer the personal touch you get from Andrews and can't imagine them doing anyone any less.

One thing I have learned in life, is you never know when somebody is having a really bad time, so give a bit and look for a way to help instead of condemn.

Happy, I would look up the definition of your name and try to spread that around a bit.

In response to the critical comment(s) written by ""Happy Phillips"", I have always believed there are three sides to any event. My side, Your side and then, What Actually Happened. Typically I would only be able to account for X out of an X, Y and Z equation. But, luckily our security system is quite good and I can now account for two variables: (1) My side and (2) What actually happened. Many managers would be happy enough with that result but not I nor the owner of Andrews Pharmacy. We strive for the highest level of Customer Satisfaction.

Andrews Pharmacy has gone downhill; the community needs to avoid it!

The facililty is not only very dirty (makes you wonder about the compounding drugs they provide) but their lack of adherence to process/procedure creates outright dangerous situations for the customers (i.e. not confirming cusotmer addresses at time of pickup - so if two customers have the same name - they get the wrong drugs...this happened last month to my husband). Kenny (at the front desk) thought it was funny when this resulted in my husband getting the wrong medicine which could have sent him to the emergency...
