The hotel was nice. the staff extremely helpful. The location was right in the middle of union square and the culture of the city was something to experience.
This hotel is close to BART, streetcars and local buses. Just two blocks away from Union Square and all the major shopping stores. We felt safe walking the streets at night in this area. The hotel was clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. Small rooms but we were only in them to sleep. Too many fun things to do in the city!
This was a fantastically located hotel to access all the key sites of SF. The restaurant next door offers delicious food and seems very popular with the locals too - a great endorsement for any restaurant!
My only slight grumble was the lack of air con. Each night was really quite warm despite having the windows wide open. Don't let that put you off though. The generous free breakfast was...
Nice but no AC. Room was very clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was a little lacking as it was located on a table in the hallway of each floor so the early risers get the goods.
