Technician came opened service panel on front and said pump was bad. Wanted 140.00 to repair. I came home removed pump myself (very simple to do) and found a sock in it. Removed it and pump worked like champ after that. They still charged me 25$ for coming out and doing nothing.

Terrible
I purchased a used refrigerator from them, 2 days later the fridge leaked water and damaged my wood floor. Since there is a 90 day warranty, they should pay for the damages. They refuse too and now we are off to court. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

2 days after they installed our refridgerator, it leaked water and damaged our wood floor. The company is not taking responsibility for the damage and said that we need to take them to court. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was charged $24 for a thermal fuse that the highest price i could find on the internet was $15. I looked a little further and found it for $3.95. If your desperate and have lots of money, he's your man.
