There is obviously exactly zero inter-office communication here. I've been trying to get my cats in for an appointment since the end of January, and nearly all of my voicemails are left unanswered. We even went in to the office to schedule, and since payment will be made by someone else rather that us, they still wouldn't allow us to schedule, even though the party supplying payment contacted the office two weeks ago and got everything cleared up (as far as we knew), and were told that all we needed to do was schedule the appointment. Of course, when trying to schedule, we got voicemail...
