Unprofessional, shoddy, trashy, should be condemned

The only good thing I can say about this hotel is that they changed the linens and cleaned the room each day. Other than that, it was a horrible experience. The hotel only has two phone lines for 30-some rooms. When using the phone line for dial-up internet for my work, the owners would pull the plug and leave me...
