We came in for a consultation. Due to my son's age we were told the therapy would not be covered by insurance. They billed insurance and sent us a bill that we were not expecting. I tried to speak with the office manager to rectify the situation, but she was rude and condescending. Dr. Chaturvedi got me back on my feet and able to enjoy life again. Unfortunately he dropped me as a patient because I missed two appointments over three years. The office staff are very rude and share no empathy to your situation. I do not recommend this facility.

I am losing my STRS disability because of Dr. Chaturvedi's comments on my condition. He documented that I was "cured" and fit for my job. When I confronted him about this he lied and said he never said that. Since then I have found out that other STRS patients of his went through the same experience. NEVER would I recommend this man to anyone.

When in the office, even when I thought I was doing ok...it only took minutes of him observing me to realize my meds were not balanced. I tried to be hopeful, but he could always see through it.
