A recent experience surprised me. They upsold services that were more expensive without stating it would be more money. In addtion, more services were suggested, when declined, remarks were made followed by laughter.

This is a great nail salon. They are quick, polite and do a great job. They always accept walk ins and I have never had to wait too long. ...

Went there with the in-laws - great service, great atmosphere, great food. Price reflects what you get. Very pleased.

I've been going to Amy's Nails on New Falls of Neuse for 4 years. Professional, personable people who still believe in taking good care of their customers. I've been to other nail places on occasion when I had to get something done quickly and didn't have time to get to Amy's and no one else's work comes close to Amy's Nails. Their work is the best and they stand behind it!
