From Jim Ronan: Jennifer has been a great help at State Farm. When my car was hit in a parking lot she was a mediator with Progressive and made sure my car got fixed and also helped get me a free rental car. Now she is helping me get a discount on car insurance by showing my kids have at least a 3.0 average. She even gave me some great ink pens to use.

Anytime I call in I receive excellent customer service from Jennifer Powers. She goes above and beyond to help me out. If she cannot help me at that moment she is diligent in returning a call to me with the information that I requested.

My husband and I used to work right around the corner, so the location was convenient. We moved about 50 miles north and they are still able to take care of us like they were in our neighborhood. Jennifer is always VERY responsive and helpful. We've been with them for more almost 20 years and we plan to stay with them!
