This is by far the nicest hotel in the area. The views are wonderful. The service is a bit lacking, but still nice. The room are very large and the room service is quick.

This is a beautiful place, over looking the Grand River, in downtown Grand Rapids. Wonder food, great desserts and fine dinning all wrapped in one small restaurant, inside the Amway Grand Plaza. A little pricey but worth it. Be sure to try the cheese cake, a must try.... more

My self and three other girls stay at the Amway, when an annual conference was held there. The rooms were beautiful, nicely decorated, and very clean. The hotel it's self was also very pretty and very clean. The price was reasonable and even though I live within 4 miles of the hotel, given the chance I'd stay again. Great hotel, beautful building and great setting.
